Someone came in this morning while I was getting coffee and said we're not getting bonuses or having a Christmas party because the owners were offended last year that a couple people didn't say thank you at the party lol

And then another co-worker went and repeated it to someone else and they're pissed at each other now

this one time my boss was working from home and she couldn't find where she saved something so she was calling me a bunch for help. at one point I was like "okay open microsoft word" and her response was "microsoft word... is that my email?"

Our Christmas party was at Dave & Busters and I didn't go because I was moving

It's funny that we even have one considering half our team isn't in Dallas anymore

 

Last year we had an "office party" meaning they bought breakfast for us and they did the secret santa I refused to participate in

 

" you can get your Christmas bonus but you need to need to slay the minotaur and exit the labyrinth"

 

Did anybody watch that A Nasty Piece of Work movie on Hulu? It was kind of a mess but there was some great stuff on maddening office culture.

I'm gonna with some big prizes at my office party. I can feel it.

I’ve never had a job with a office party. Or a bonus. One time my boss gave me a $25 Visa gift card so I guess that counts
