Ok so I don't mean to collectively bum everyone out but I think I'm starting to spirel back into a bad depression. I really need to actively fight this but I'm finding it really hard to get the motivation . What do you guys do to snap out of it when you feel like this?

I try to make sure I always have something on my plate to look forward to but that costs money

 

What about therapy? Or opening up earnestly to somebody in your day to day life. Sometimes that's the hardest thing to do but one of the most important.

Also proper sleep, diet, exercise, things like that always help.

For me, I like to watch something that I always enjoy to keep my brain from thinking about anything just basically turn it off and then I also do my best not to isolate, but force myself to interact with friends, whether that's here or through text.
