I just had my year end review (I've only been with this company 6 months) and I'm basically outperforming the entire company even thought I spend 7 hours a day on this site.

It's really just a matter of everyone else being piss poor at their jobs and having ZERO work ethic.

 

Having boomers as bosses is the best because they expect work to take as long as it would take them so when you're cranking out excel sheets or shit that you can automate a bit, looking like a good employee, and still spend most of your day goofing off on here it's the best.

any time I make a table on word my boss acts like I've gone above and beyond when really I've just picked one of the preset themes. it's very satisfying.

I just taught a boomer how to use the print screen function on his keyboard and he was amazed

 

I don't even really know what I'm doing, which is the funny part. I just ask questions while everyone else also doesn't know what they're doing, but they just sit there and complain all day.

 

I google it if I don't know, not call the IT guy and cry about it like everyone else does
