This was my thought as well. His Chicago special comes to mind where he mentions trans people in a supportive way.
My only thought is they must have been thinking of somebody else. And Bryanna usually half-listening to the chat, so he’ll go along with whatever is said.
Yeah that kinda bothered me too bc everything I've ever heard from Kyle has made me see him as an ally. As much as I love them, Bryan and Chris are constantly just wrong about shit and blow past right past it. This time it just seemed like they could have spent an extra second and not just nodded along (especially if they were going to address the comment in the chat in the first place)
The “Scary Movie” review was fairly enlightening to how much they don’t know about pop culture, but talk with such confidence like they do. The good thing is people seemed to dogpile on them pretty hard for the Kinane comment on the Patreon. I’m gonna guess that will get their attention.
