Ive been to that Toy Traders place in Langley that they read reviews of and it's honestly incredible.
Once made the mistake of indulging what turned out to be a Deep Guy while in a hot tub at the rec centre. He was talking about linguistics and I said I only took one linguistics class in school so I didn't know that much and he replied "Oh I didnt go to university" so I asked him if he read a lot he said "No, I just think a lot all the time. Its all in my head." Most of his takes were just "everything is actually just made up by people, man. We just make up words, man."
The sliding doors scenario where Bryan works at a jewelry store and calls phone sex lines is hilarious.
