Hopefully we get some follow up to Adam Warlock, the other Guardians team, and Gamora.

 

I'm glad we're getting The Suicide Squad because it looks really good but I really wish Disney hadn't fucked around and fired Gunn like a bunch of idiots. We shouldn't have had to wait six damn years for this.

Eh James Gunn has directed one good movie so far so I can’t say I’m exactly heartbroken. Love Bautista but also he’s not the end all be all actor lol

 

no movie needs to be more than a trilogy haha

Guardians 1 & 2 are my third & first favorite Marvel films respectively. But, I'm very happy to have six years between films. (Which, isn't really that long when you consider Taika Waititi gets to use 'em a year earlier, plus the holiday special.)

And, I'm also quite happy at Vol. 3 potentially feeling like an ending of sorts; even with the dumb Infinity War stuff in between, it'll feel like a nice little trilogy.

 

It is good that Gunn is ending what he began with Guardians 1. A trilogy is always better when it is consistent and provides closure.

 

I think it's basically impossible at this point but I really hope it can feel like a self-contained trilogy without needing to watch the Avengers stuff between 2 and 3
