this is me. kinda loosely grungey on this release, but the LP i'm writing now for next year is fully in the grunge lane, if you wanna keep an eye out. releasing a single today, with a three song EP on 10/7 (there's a bonus track cover that comes with the bandcamp here)

single is also on bandcamp and apple music, soundcloud, etc.

Why isn’t anyone talking about the soul blind record… doesn’t get better than this

 

Now that we’ve had a few 70’s rock/mainstream music biopics that have had success with Freddie/Queen and Elton John, and a few hair rock projects with Motley Crue, I could see someone trying to do something on a grunge icon in the next 8 years. Maybe I’ve been listening to Nevermind too much, or various era interviews or making of’s. Not saying it’ll specifically be about Kurt, but with all the tragic loses/stories of addiction I could see it happening. I know Gus Van Sant tried mirroring the topic back in 2005 with Last Days, but I’m talking about something more real and historical for some band/artist.

 

Don't even know where the correct place to post this is.

Given they have quite a few grunge-y (Soundgarden, Alice In Chains) elements (there's also bits of Post Hardcore, Sludge, Post Rock/Metal, etc etc in there), I'll post it here for now. More people need to listen to this:

New Webbed Wing is amazing. Some of it though, I gotta say, why not just call it Superheaven and make more money?!
