FOAM wasn't bad, had some good songs but as a whole pretty forgettable. The new song is great, don't care about the lyrics still a good song.

“Brutal Love” is my single favorite song from the trilogy, lol. Billie Joe’s voice sounds about as good as it has ever sounded on that song.

 

Oh Love was the stand out of the strip loft for me.

 

It’s time to come to terms with the fact that the trilogy is just plain good.

 

The only thing worse than the trilogy is FOAM.

Not just in Green Day’s catalogue.

In all of music.

Ever.

 

What turned me onto the trilogy proper was Demolicious. My ideal trilogy as one album mostly consists of stuff that appeared on Demolicious.

 

Releasing songs as bad as Kill The DJ and Lady Cobra is bad enough to warrant ending most bands tbh

 

Do people actually hate Lady Cobra or are you confusing it with Nightlife?

 

Lady Cobra is bad, but Nightlife is definitely worse

 

Still to this day I don’t know how they thought the trilogy albums were a good idea.
