Aside from going on a rant, they just changed the lyric to "subliminal mind Trump America"

Billie & Mike joined SWMRS on stage last night at a Ghost Ship fire benefit show in Oakland. Cap of the place was 50.

They 5 played 5 Green Day songs & 3 Pinhead Gunpowder songs alongside SWMRS.

    Setlist + photos here.

They were Emily's Army but they changed their name to SWMRS. Billie Joe Armstrong's son is the drummer.

RR is definitely their best work since AI and I say that as a big 21CBD fan. Would probably put it above one or two of the 90's albums too

Revolution Radio has grown on me a ton. It's now one of those albums where I look at the tracklist and can sing you every chorus.

Yeah Rev Rad is still in heavy rotation for me.

I think it's a pretty solid album, though I wouldn't put it over anything besides the trilogy - which I guess is a testament to how strong their discography is.

I like RR more every time I listen to it. It's growing into one of my favorite Green Day records.

  18. Great album, a perfect "reset" from the weirdness of the trilogy and the ambition of 21CB and AI. Just a damn good Green Day album.

I heard that "Walk Away" was a song idea from those sessions.

Been getting way back into these guys. I kind of fell off With 21CB and the trilogy, but Revolution Radio is killer. I'm also way more into Warning than I used to be.

Agreed. But I also think most of their albums are better than Dookie.

Me too honestly. I think the only albums I like Dookie more than are the first two, Insomniac, and the trilogy. Dookie has amazing hits and some great deep cuts but more filler than a lot of their other ones

Kerplunk is their second best album.
