Why would you shoot a performer with a squirt gun? Why are people insane now?

Whoa. They played “I Was There” for the first time in like 33 years.

 

I think they played “I Was There” once in 2010 on the 21CB tour, but goddamn I’m jealous whoever got to experience it.

 

I’m just going off what the band said in the video. I didn’t do any research.

 

According to setlist.fm, they last played it in 2019 at some show in Spain.

But I believe you’re right. I’m pretty sure they did sometime during the 21CB tour. They pulled out a lot of old bangers on that one.

At my date, we got Going To Pasalaqua, Only Of You, Paper Lantern and a few others.

I saw them play it at Rough Trade Records in 2016 lol. Still extremely cool and rare!

 

I'm loving this random deep cut slot they've been doing and I really hope it continues to the handful of American festivals they're playing this summer, I'm seeing them again in Ocean City MD which I can't wait for

 

And they always sound great playing them. Stuart and The Avenue appeared again recently.

Any whispers about a 25th anniversary edition for Warning like they have done with AI, Dookie, Nimrod and Insomniac? The anniversary is on October 3rd and I feel like in the past Green Day would announce these well in advance. Would be a shame/weird if they didn’t release anything for it.

 

Saw them at Ohana Fest last night and they (expectedly) were incredible. A pretty basic, by the books setlist, but they were still on point! We got Going To Pasalaqua though, which was a treat.

Also got a great spot. This is the closest I’ve ever been to Green Day! Haha

 

I still have my very first bootleg concert shirt after all these years

 

some of their Warning era music videos and live performances are showing as 2025 remastered Warning tracks, so it's coming

 

I truly hope so, just weird there hasn’t been a peep about it and the actual anniversary day is Friday I believe.

They have been my favorite band since I was 8 years old and I saw them in Ocean City MD the other day and got so close to them that I could literally throw something onstage if I wanted to. I also caught the shirt that the drunk bunny threw out at the beginning of the show and got a pick from Mike
