The worst one is probably when his girlfriend (who was 20 years younger than him) broke up with him and he tried to weaponize Green Day fans to go harass her on social media. Luckily even Green Day fans didn’t really care what he had to say lol. I think after this is when the band replaced him He was always extremely big for his britches and arrogant for how useless he was in the band… I always thought that they could entirely eliminate his position and they wouldn’t lose anything lol. I like Kevin Preston though
I thought this article would be about Shoplifter, but alas. Also, just realizing that Favourite Son and Lazy Bones (from Dos) share a lot of similarities?
GREEN DAY Partners With 7-Eleven, Inc. For Launch Of Exclusive 'Anniversary' Blend Of Band's Punk Bunny Coffee This is kind of cool. Also,
I'll definitely watch this because I find Tre a bit boring and predictable drummer, the weakest Green Day part for sure, and maybe I'm missing something.
Totally. He compliments the songs very well rather than being unnecessary flashy, Green Day songs don't need that, not the style.
yup, he keeps the beat fun and straightforward and its awesome! but like stevo32 says in this video at the 4:28 mark, he loves that fill on burnout! so good, tre knows when to go off!
Tre is an amazing drummer, he just doesn't show off that often. He and Mike are a TIGHT rhythm section
He is a beast, compliments the songs and is an amazing and tight drummer. I just think he is a bit predictable, his drumming hardly ever surprises me in any way. Im not saying I wish he was more flashy or anything. Fun fact when I saw them a couple of months ago he looked way thinner at the end of the show, he should be weighted before and after the shows just like F1 pilots.
Randomly gave Revolution Radio a full listen for the first time in a while. Liked it even a bit more than I remember. Nothing fantastic but a solid record. I still prefer Saviors though.
