Narrowing it down to just ten with this band feels near-impossible, but here goes.. 1. Whatsername 2. Having a Blast 3. 86 4. Welcome to Paradise 5. In the End 6. Jesus of Suburbia 7. Hitchin' a Ride 8. Prosthetic Head 9. Holiday 10. ¿Viva la Gloria? Honorable mention: Stray Heart, No One Knows, You Lied, Stay the Night
It's a pretty big fan favorite (even Billie Joe calls it his favorite on the album), and they've played it at most if not all of their shows for the past few years. I don't intend this to sound snappy, sorry if it does lol Also I could never make a top ten list. I do know that Jesus of Suburbia and Letterbomb would make it
Love seeing some JAR love here. That song is easily the most underrated / under appreciated GD track.
Right on! Thank you for the info! I saw them tour American Idiot and 21st Century and it didn't get played but I'm happy they added it and like it so much!
Top ten is impossible but i'll try. No particular order. Letterbomb Whatsername Prosthetic Head Haushinka Going To Pasalaqua Deadbeat Holiday X-Kid Hitchin A Ride J.A.R. Murder City
I could probably agree. If I ever get the chance to see them I'll have to coerce them to play it somehow.
Quickly off the top of my head, these are some songs I really like but I feel never get mentioned a lot: Pulling Teeth Are We The Waiting Static Age Stay The Night
The Grouch! On a separate note, I think King for a Day is overrated and sad that they always play it live when another Nimrod song could take it's place.
Got this a couple days ago because why not?? And it was too expensive to do the Good Riddance lyrics I wanted haha. edit: spelling
Pulling Teeth, Stuart and the Ave, The Grouch, Redundant, Scattered, Worry Rock, Fashion Victim, Give Me Novacaine, Whatsername, Ashley
Not sure if it's been mentioned, but Revolution Radio is just $4.99 if you preorder on Google Play (US at least).
Good grief, only 10 slots to work with? Chump Welcome To Paradise Basket Case Armatage Shanks Bab's Uvula Who? Westbound Sign Nice Guys Finish Last Macy's Day Parade American Idiot Murder City Which severely undercuts how much I loved nimrod. through UDT! But let's be real: Dookie and Insomniac are stupid stacked. Nuclear Family and X-Kid are probably my favorites from the Trilogy.
Just saw this! Here's the link: Green Day to headline World Cup celebration Confirmed a fall tour as well: "The band's Fan Village performance will be the first date on their new fall tour."
Hopefully announcement next week. The tickets for this show go on sale on 9/8, so maybe the rest of the dates will too?
