Yeah that's probably more realistic, LL's probably going on actually at 5:20 but with an official 5:30 start time Rancid 6, Pumpkins 7
Forgive my ignorance but assume that means everything is basically set and ready to go with a few minor tweaks?
I dont think Rancid nor SP will have a big stage production as Weezer or Fall Out Boy (who also played longer sets during Hella Mega) and they do it with no revolving stage. But we will find out in a couple of hours Im so excited and my show is the last one of the tour, so it will be a long wait
Apparently tonight’s show got paused because of thunder/lightning in the area. Rancid was only a couple songs in.
From these photos I found, it seems Linda Lindas and Rancid have zero stage production and they have the backline ready for the next band. Still wonder how much time there is between sets
They let us in 20 minutes ago and Pumpkins just started, no more Rancid it seems. Cool to see the bare bones set up for quick transitions
Yeah this is pretty much what I expected. Hits plus a couple cool deep cuts. Kind of surprised they’re doing Tonight, Tonight. I thought it would’ve been a more heavier/rock-centric set
Cant wait for the next show to see if it changes, but I hope it stays the same for the rest of the tour. Also really curious about Rancid's setlist. Edit: I just saw SP are releasing a new album in August, so probably the setlist will change a little after the release
Some people on Reddit are saying SP had Mayonnaise on the setlist, but it got cut because of the weather. Don’t see that note on setlist.fm
Billy Corgan posted a story on Instagram with the setlist and it had 3 songs they had to cut becasue of the rain That Which Animates The Spirit, Disarm and Empire
Holy moly that was insane. The albums hit like most full length plays, but ofc both records are a few notches above most albums getting front-to-backs at this point. Insane to think they’re going to do what they did a few dozen more times, they really put it all out there
