New blink is dogshit, the lyrics are terrible/seem like they were written by teenagers instead of grown-ass men. I've tried to enjoy it, musically it's decent (but the vocals also don't do it for me)

Dilemma is pretty goddamn good!

 

I might like this more, just because I've always liked Green Day more than anything Blink's ever done, but that's all just personal preference.

 

I am simply excited to enjoy some hopefully catchy ass jams without making unnecessarily comparisons about stuff that doesn't need it

 

I like blink-182 a lot.
I also like Green Day a lot.

I’m biased because I just have way more attachment to Blinks music as a whole, therefore Green Day could make an album firing on all cylinders but I’d still love One More Time a bit more

I find all this comparison stuff very stupid btw. It's not a competition and Green Day making it one 20 years ago has forever ruined too many people from being able to just enjoy two awesome bands.

 

First three records are great. Fourth one is OK. New stuff is

Just want to say how wild it is to be seeing Green Day, Blink-182, and Sum 41 all charting on alternative in the year of our Lord 2023.

 

I love Eve 6 and their "return" might be the most disappointing return OF ALL TIME, yeah I said it

 

On the one hand, I get it. Eve 6 is theirs to do what they want. I just wish it wasn't that.

 

I totally "get it" and support them doing whatever makes them happy, I still have all their existing music so nothing is lost.... but the new stuff is very very bad
