yeah this thing is pretty embarrassing ngl. not their worst album by any means (Dos) but still, second worst isn't really that high of an honor is it.

 

My boiling hot take is that this it is neither terrible nor all that good. It's fine, but just not something I'll ever spend much time with. Next time I toss it on the will probably be the week of Hella Mega (if it ever happens)

 

Idk, I haven't gone back to it much but I enjoyed it more than I thought it would based on the singles. It's a fun album imo

 

at least this album isn't as bad as the network album

 

I still think most of the Trilogy songs are good

this album sucks poopy butthole though

 

That one Network song that was in NHL 2005 was pretty good and their "Teenagers From Mars" cover in Tony Hawk was fun. Never heard the whole album but maybe all the good stuff was in video games.

 

@DeathOrGlory I was referring to their 2020 album which probably you didn't even know exists. Keep it that way.

I really don’t know which album I think is their worst between this and Dos and I don’t really want to relisten to either to make up my mind.

Dos has Stray Heart which is the best song on either album but the rest is pure filler crap. I listened to FOAM once and that was enough for me and can’t remember a single song.

I guess I’ll say Dos is the worst because it’s longer.

I can’t believe it’s been over 10 years since Green Day put out a memorial album.

If this album had a different title, cover, and like 10 completely way different and better songs I'd start to even consider calling this album "fine."

It’s just bad

 

Anytime the Sabres play on NBCSN, I am reminded that Fire Ready Aim exists and how trash FOAM was

 

They should bang out another album quick for the Hella Mega tour to support. Or just play Billie Joe's covers album.
