Honestly curious if they try to reach for Soldier Field on this. I mean Fall Out Boy and Green Day have both played Wrigley to pretty sizable crowds. But SF still feels like a stretch
Citi feels like the perfect place for this. Also, just to pre-empt complaints, tickets will be pricey for this.
Has it been confirmed that Weezer and FOB are both doing the entire tour? Wonder if maybe first half is one and the second half is the other. Otherwise yeah, they're going to need to start these shows at like 5.
My guess is they do skip Cleveland, but looking at the 2020 Indians schedule, they're on the road from August 3-August 10 and then again from August 17-August 24. (also nothing scheduled on August 13). My guess is it wouldn't be the 10th, 13th or 24th because there are games the next day and they'd probably need some time to get things back in order. Also on the road from August 31 through September 7.
I wouldn't either...but I thought they'd have a hell of a time figuring out set times with those three and now they're adding in a fourth? You'd think Weezer/FOB get an hour each and GD at minimum two hours.
I don't see the set times being too big of an issue. Guaranteed Green Day gets 9-11. FOB & Weezer will probably alternate the sub slot. So it'll probably look like: The Interrupters 5-530 Weezer 6 - 710 Fall Out Boy 730 - 840 Green Day 9 - 11
