Yes! That and The Misfits are what's keeping this from being totally soul crushing. The timing just absolutely sucks. And I need to make sure my MCS ticket comes before I leave.......
I got a mailed one during the second sale. Need to check on the status though. They are usually quick. And thanks joe boy! I have never struck out on ticketfly before. :(
That's weird. I just double checked and mine are definitely will call. I don't think there was an option for paper tickets or else I would have done that.
Sometimes presales are all will call and then the regular isn't, or some venues are and others aren't. I was shocked when I could pick it.
I was on the phone with a customer until 10:01 and now there aren't any available. I will keep trying.
I also got a call at 10:09 and I'm afraid my fumbling with the phone and my phone cost me a precious half second and possibly the ticket. Nothing I could do though. Stupid responsibilities...
The ticketfly thing was ridiculous for DC, it's the first time I had seen something like the Brand New internet lines with the site. I was trying to get a ticket for a buddy so we could go together, but he had to settle for Chicago... At least we both get to see a show.
I've never had anything like this happen. It's so weird to me that the presale was fine and then this broke the site. I've never been put back in a waiting room multiple times once I've gotten in. And now the entire site seems to be dead.
with brand new it's always a long line and then you actually get in to add tickets. for this it seemed to be short lines and then endless refreshing to no avail.
for the tour with modest mouse i was in a queue for 9 hours....... and didn't get a ticket. Luckily a friend of mine had bought 2 and i bought his extra but i hate those queues
Woops, totally forgot about this. Looks like I'm gonna have to win tickets off the radio like the kid from Angus.
Man, I don't think I've ever been this excited for a show. Green Day was one of the first bands that got me into music, and now being able to see them at such a small venue is awesome. And it's only two weeks away!
Nice pull! It's insanely lucky to get these types of shows (in NYC all these places) with the multi-BILLION dollar ticket reselling industry.
