my exact thought when I saw this post. Four of Arrows is incredible but feels like the bridge to even greater things!
I absolutely adore Al's solo record, so really excited to see where they go with a new Great Grandpa record. 2024 is already looking stacked!
It's always weird to hear that an album you loved from day one is slept on, like going to a show and the band plays your favorite song, but you're the only one singing along (which happened recently with Goodness songs at The Hotelier show). What I'm trying to say is Four of Arrows is killer and more people should listen to it.
Idk if slept on is even accurate though, seems like if you listened to great grandpa in 2019 you enjoyed Four of Arrows. Maybe everyone just hadn’t heard them yet?
