I agree. I was really suprised. i suppose most of those songs are still available individually through the rest of his Greatest Hits and other various albums but i like to hear an album front to back.

(All the below are for UK Spotify) Agony and Irony by Alkaline Trio is missing. Even more baffling because Help Me, the single, is there. Skindred have a similar problem whereby Roots Rock Riot is missing except Ratrace - possibly because it's one of their most popular songs - and Shark Bites and Dog Fights is missing entirely, which seems to be a rights issue as both were released on the same label (Bieler Bros Records) Everything by Autopilot Off except their self-titled EP is missing - never understood why Make A Sound isn't there at least. Also, Dear You by Jawbreaker. The only theory I can come up with is the labels were disappointed with the commercial performance of each record and therefore are trying to screw the bands out of royalties.
"Agony and Irony" by Alkaline Trio is also missing here in Germany, so it's possibly a Europe-wide problem. Same goes for "The Bright Lights of America" by Anti-Flag - only the title track is there as a single. I could understand this if this was because of problems with the label, but that album was released on RCA just like "For Blood and Empire" which is available. So I don't really get that.
