I just hope they don't revert to a more pop punk sound or even worse try more of whatever Diamond was.
Got tickets to the NJ headlining show tho for March 22nd! Code is MOTOWN23 for anyone tryna go. Cheap as HELL to came $30 a ticket with fees.
I go back to Umbra a good amount. I got into them more when those singles were releasing. Saw they're opening for The Summer Set here. Was never a big Summer Set fan back when they toured more but those two together will get me to go.
I think Umbra is just as good as Nella Vita, honestly two of the strongest pop rock records to come from this part of the scene. I hope they continue to trend in that direction and get some well deserved recognition
Because cancel culture isn’t actually real? Lol but it’s really more that they’re in a “scene” that actively curtails and rewards deflecting responsibility in regards to serious allegations at least they’re getting dragged in the comments
There was a tweet going around, that has since been deleted, of a text saying that they had spoken to Collin about this tour and his response was that the band didn’t care about the allegations and thought it had been blown out of proportion. It’s such a bummer if that’s their true feelings on it.
This is absolutely messed up I’ve got to give more and more props to Meet Me @ The Altar for dropping off that All Time Low tour when the news broke. More bands should be like them
Yeah it was nn. And MM@TA on that billing and both dropped off. I went to the nn. + mm@ta Long Island date when they were supposed to play in NYC with ATL. It was super last minute and in a small bar - very happy to catch it
