I honestly feel they are still just grazing the surface of the cool ass band they could be - keep pushing

 

I really really enjoyed this one.

 

I think my least favorite is live again - which sucks because I know how personal/important it is to him and his dad

 

I HATE the chorus/mix it the chorus of Carolina skies but king of everything is gorgeous

 

only on the first song but already loving it. So many cool moments.

 

this guys voice/melodies just do it for me man.

So I gave it 3-4 listens last night - feels top heavy to me - although not altogether egregiously. I like most of it but I definitely lose a bit of interest from live again down. Closer Is whatever to to me. Saving grace is that king might actually be my favorite of it all.

 

Agreed with just about everything. Album is great, but i honestly think it'd benefit from being 2 songs shorter.

 

Only misstep is putting Babylon as the penultimate song, ruins the flow of the last few imo

 

I think I agree that it's top heavy but would actually want something extra added to the end, something a bit more climactic before Light maybe? Idk, just feels like the ending doesn't quite pop enough.
