Philadelphia’s Grayscale Are Changing The Business Model For Band Merchandise

 

I’m surprised they’re going back on tour this soon.

 

The more and more I think about it I think Grayscale is going to follow the career trajectory and business model of The Maine

I can't imagine anyone who enjoyed this album not adoring The 1975's newest single

 

I adore this album and only mildly like the 1975 song. I guess I can't really hear the connection.

 

I can sometimes but not as much as some people, most notably in Baby Blue.

 

They're both pretty perfect pop rock, ha.

This album is still on constant rotation for me. Definitely my favorite of 2019.

 

I dont think they sound alike but both rock

 

Not huge on this band but they're really shaping up to be the next All Time Low-type.

 

In My Arms sounds straight off of The 1975 s/t to me, Baby Blue is way up there too but otherwise yeah there aren’t a ton of striking similarities

 

That video of the Tommy’s Song performance is unreal.

 

Never thought that they really sounded similar, but the guitar tones and 90s vibes in Painkiller Weather compliment each other, imo

 

I just got into this over the holidays. I'm loving a lot about it but I just wish the lyrics were better so I could listen without headphones.

 

"Had to google Saskatoon yesterday. Didn’t know it was real." What an incredibly dumb thing to say about a place you are playing a show in on tour.

 

I mean to be fair it’s a goofy name.

 

At least they don't say "Thank you Kansas" when they play Kansas City

Pretty dumb thing to get upset about

 

I really loved their prior release, but cannot get into this one as much. Not the biggest fan of the direction they went in with their sound.

 

Loved Nella Vita. The whole album sounds amazing live, but live show in general just pops off.

Everytime the chorus of In Violet hit it was cathartic.
