Plastic Beach is their best album

Well they took a long break and came out with two new albums so yeah a break makes sense

The first two are not going to be topped in my mind any time soon but new music is nice

It's a constant toss up between Demon Days and Plastic Beach for me. I think Demon Days is their best structured album, it's like a well written play, but Plastic Beach is just so much easier to pick up and listen to at anytime and is such a relaxing and fun album.

DD is their best but PB was awesome too

    after that, they lost me

PB loses me a bit in the second half, particularly the last few songs

It's still my second favorite though

Demon Days is their best, but that's not to talk down on everything that came after. PB is an amazing album (although I admit it took a little while to grow on me) and Humanz is an amazing record that's hidden within a bunch of filler.

I'd take s/t, Plastic Beach and Humanz over Demon Days anyday

I've had so many mixed feelings about the album, loved it when it came out and then was really meh about it for a while and now I think it's pretty great, but I just wish Sex Murder Party wasn't on the album.

    Die rad.

s/t is really overlooked her on AP. Del was the best addition ever to that band. really wish he would come back. Listen to Deletion 3030 s/t and then revisit gorillas s/t. No way PB even touches s/t.

I have mad respect for Del and his work and I also really like their self titled, but it's clear that it's a band just starting out. What's cool about Gorillaz is legitimately each album is different. They aren't afraid to say "I don't want to do this again."

Ditto, considering this might be this last tour ever, I'm pumped to see them again.

I forgot how nice this venue is. I'm very excited. I saw their setlist online from like their last show or something and this seems like it will be insane.

I caught the show in Brooklyn last night, it was amazing. The Now Now songs sound so much better live.

I’ve been getting ads for Demon Days fest that keeps saying stuff like “don’t miss the last chance ever to see Gorillaz live” and it’s making me really consider it but I don’t want to pay that much if they end up coming back in a couple years

With Damon you have no idea which way it will go, but he is getting older and has a ton of other projects going on and they did release a new CD two years in a row. He could be getting burnt out or feel like this is a good time to stop.

I liked The Now Now but I hope it wasn't the final Gorillaz album, they deserve a bigger sendoff than that

Idk I’m pretty sure if they stop touring there will still be future Gorillaz albums

Well when they last broke up their last album was The Fall......I'd say The Now Now is a better note to end on!

But they'll eventually be back, probably just gonna take another long hiatus.

I have no problem with Souk Eye being their last song if they were to end it now because that's one of their best songs. So good. Live it was incredible.

And I agree, they'll probably still put out music if they stop touring.

Can vouch for Souk Eye being good live.

Fuck, their whole set was pretty damn good on Sunday.

The only song I still didn't like live or otherwise is Hollywood.
