Rhinestone Eyes is a top 5 Gorillaz song for me

 

I can get down with it, and plenty others on the album, but as a whole it's definitely my least favorite. Well as long as you don't count The Fall or the b-sides albums

 

Very surprised they're releasing another song.

 

The Pusha / Mavis song is the one I'm most looking forward to hearing so I'll pass until the album drops.

 

Haha, I was one of them. I definitely didn't understand or appreciate that type of music back then, but I've come around to most of it.

some years back i was listening to the self-titled in its entirety and was surprised at how bizarre some moments are (particularly double bass and punk) and yet i wasnt even phased by it as a kid, i loved (and still do) every song on that album, i was even really heavily into g-sides which is even weirder. #aheadofthecurve

 

When asked how many songs didn’t make it on the album, Albarn estimates that he’s got 40 or 45 leftover tracks. “I can stay in the game for at least another 18 months, I reckon,” he said.

man they're playing red rocks the night before i see fleet foxes. flight gets in at 8pm.......may just have to try and move that.

 

kind of bummed i have to buy tickets for a three day festival if i wanna see them. theres always other cool acts but i dont think i can get three straight days off for it
