ah might just be a cache thing on mine then. i don't love it tbh but assuming it's just for promo and they'll be back to normal in a month or so.

 

Came here to post this. I assume it’s a temporary thing and they’ll revert back in time, but I think it’s a pretty cool touch. Never seen an artist do that before

 

this has been done by plenty of artists in the last year and a half, trend really started by Charli xcx.

 

I don’t doubt it, but I really only listen to punk/hardcore and adjacent stuff these days so I’ve just never seen someone I listen to do it before.

 

I remember 311 changed all their artwork to blue in honour of the Blue Album turning 30.

 

I just have to saw, that as a long time fan, I'm so happy with this album. I think it's just what I need from the band at this point in time. Absolutely worth the wait. Now we just need tour dates!

I think the album is fantastic. Rejects, Mean, and The Dress Rehearsal are my Top 3 favorites off it!

 

Listened to it once and I really really like it. Only song that I’m not crazy about is Life Is Great. I really liked Pink Guitar, Mean, Deserve You and GC Forever. Glad GC is back.

 

I get what you mean with life is great. But i also kind of like the chill vibe. Id take that over bodies.

 

Mean’s chorus is just a drunken misremembering of the melody to “Drives Me Crazy” by Fine Young Cannibals and I am fucking HERE for it.

 

What a great album, super stoked about this

 

I feel like they already made a much better version of Life is Great with Life Can’t Get Much Better. I don’t hate it but it’s towards the bottom for me.

 

Going to dive in today! Rejects and Stepper are both very good

I paused at Mean because work decided to punch me in the balls with a crisis. lol.

 

The riff on Mean is SO Eve 6 and I fucking love it.

 

let me get this straight, the guitarist is named billy but in pink guitar they refer to a girl named billy? that's pretty odd to me.
