Very excited for the Denver show! I got to see GC last weekend in Oklahoma City and they were a lot of fun. It had been 7+ years since I had last seen them. Their set was almost entirely songs from The Young & Hopeless, which was fine but I'm digging their new album and wish they had played more.
Hit the Lights has got to be the most underrated pop punk band ever. Why they never reached ATL status is beyond me. Hopefully this tour and the Simple Plan one can get them the exposure they deserve.
Stoked for SYG though! It's a surprising day for tour announcements between this and Sum41 taking out Senses Fail.
Seriously misleading news post. I almost shit myself with excitement... Oh well, at least I finally get to see Hit The Lights. And I can leave before GC to drive the 3 hours back home!
Really loving the new GC album, it's become one of my favorites of theirs. Can't wait to see them play it live!
Have you ever liked GC? If you like their older stuff, their new album might be for you. If not, then just completely disregard this lol
Never been a fan. They had some DLC released for Rocksmith and that got me nostalgic (for the period, not them particularly). I listened to self-titled and Y&H a few times... still not for me. Even listened to the new album twice... I just don't like GC. Still looking forward to the show!
