Is that Skiba guesting on "Who's Laughing Now," or am I crazy? If it really is Feldy, he sounds a lot like Matt on the harmonies.
most of this is pretty bad but i like "Beacon", "Who's Laughing Now?", the horn section in "Say It Out Loud", and kinda love "See You Around". even if it's cliché, that song feels way more heartfelt than the stuff done by most of the newer bands. also really appreciate how John brought Mark in and basically let him pick what he wanted to sing -- at least it felt like it. the guest appearances on pop punk songs are usually pretty lame in comparison.
I've been listening to this album a lot recently. I still really like it. I still skip some songs, but damn its still fun. It's great for when the sun is out and weekend hangs.
Yes, I made a mistake. THought it came out today given their post about it haha, IDK how I never heard before.
The "band" is Feldmann, Herrera and Sneed. Barker is billed as the in-studio drummer, which I assume just means the official recordings.
Watching Feldy's live response to band demos. Its pretty cool so far. He's genuinely having a blast haha.
The original was Good Charlotte, Goldfinger, and Mest right? Remember downloading this on Limewire back in the day.
Yeah that's an old song - they just played it for their quarantine sessions. Here's the original - it rules.
nice! I assume it's still John, Travis, Mike and Phil? That was off the top of my head, but pretty sure that was the makeup of the last album
I think there is probably a slew of people involved in the album (in some capacity). For example, John posted the album teaser on Instagram and tagged Travis along with everyone else, so I wouldn't be surprised if he plays drums on at least one track.
