For the low, low price of $7, YOU could appear to your friends and peers as though you have a big ass tv that you simply choose NOT to watch. That’s an investment in perceived superiority. Worth an easy $9.
I mean im not much of a bidder or a collector but its nice to look at all of this stuff. Man I miss Fuse TV and seeing Hawthorne Heights and Silverstein commercials.
It looks like you have to physically go to the Chicago office to pick anything you win on up. Did they go into administration or something? Stuff like the gold records would surely be fetching higher bids if shipping were an option?
They were bought out by Concord last year, so I'm guessing they're liquidating the company and will only manage their back catalogue going forward.
Yeah, I saw the buy out, but the owner was very bullish about how he'd managed to keep all the staff and everything. It looks like the other companies he owned were operating from that building and they may have gone with it. The Victory webstore still seems to be up and running though. Not sure how they're doing that...
