Minus Color is VOD only for now, hitting Netflix later this Summer. And Netflix’s English dub is exclusive for them, too.

Japanese Godzilla movies are one of the few exceptions where I think it is acceptable to watch a dub. I grew up watching old dubbed Godzilla movies. It's a part of the charm.

I was the nerdy kid who loved Mothra vs Godzilla so much I brought it into 5th grade for my class to watch, so I don't fuck around with my Japanese Godzilla takes. These aren't Kurosawa films where it's going to take away part of the artistry, goofy dubs are part of the fun of watching these. Dubs for this particular franchise are fine, and you are wrong.

I agree. Godzilla dubs add a layer of charm. If it was another franchise dubs would sound out of place, but Goji can handle ridiculous dubs.

 

I’m team dub exception, but I plan on watching both anyway. Anything else that’s live action has to be subbed only.

I’m just glad it’s even an option because I wasn’t expecting it for this one. So I’ll be watching this 4 times I guess.

 

It is kinda dumb that you have to pay twice to get Minus One and Minus Color on digital.

Hopefully the physical release contains both.

 

Finally got to see this. It absolutely ruled.
