I'm assuming it's just a Daryl feature. I've never been a BMTH fan, but didn't they kick out and then bring back their super shitty person singer?

 

It's a Daryl feature on a BMTH song, yeah. And yes, Oli Sykes sucks but I think he's always been in the band

I dunno. Count me as the only Glassjaw fan that thinks this song is awesome, I guess lol

 

The song is not my thing but Daryl sounds great on it and it's still more interesting than 95% of the metalcore nonsense coming out these days. If it gets 10 kids into Glassjaw who would otherwise have never listened to them that's a net W for society

He pops in right as the first chorus is about to end and he has the lead on the second verse, at least until Lil Uzi Vert appears. You can hear his signature shrieks in the ending again.

 

So I think the first Head Automatica show should be happening in a few weeks, July 14 I think? Hard to tell because there is no band website, instagram, or anything.... anyway, I am super curious to hear how it goes

 

Still crossing fingers Swan Damage eventually gets released

 

I think if there is any new music from Head Automatica it’ll be brand new stuff and that ‘Swan Damage’ will remain locked away indefinitely.

 

Any new music definitely will be brand new, but Daryl 's interview does give hope of eventually hearing Swan also

Ugh I wish they had a Boston/New England headlining date.

 

I just moved up to Northern California last week. This Head Automatica show is probably going to be my first show I venture into SF alone for, and it's such an amazing show to do it for.
