I can't believe I waited until 2017 to get into this band. I mean it wasn't for lack of trying back in the early '00s but they didn't click then. I don't think my music tastes had developed enough at that point.

Anyways, I've been listening to their debut and its really great. Gets me in touch with a younger version of me-self.

Yo idk if I wanna throw down a bunch of money but I’m STRONGLY considering seeing them and leaving before the Used

Mostly just because you don't know when (or if) they'll be back your way again.

 

Glassjaw is good in any situation, but their at their best in small venues. I remember seeing them at the Glasshouse in Pomona. That was a hell of a show.

 

Yaaass it was amazing I'm super happy I didn't have to see them opening for The Used. The venue was really tiny, and my old man 27 year old self got pretty close, they played like 4 new songs. Two Tabs Of Mescaline was such a highlight.

 

Speaking of seeing them in small venues, the last time I saw them was their huge comeback show at the Playstation Theater in Times Square.

Seeing them tonight in a bar in Clifton Park, NY. I am beyond excited. I also know that the venue isn't the nicest and it's a Monday, so chances of seeing them up close are very high. I also don't believe there are openers?

EDIT: Nevermind, found the facebook page and they have Restless Streets and then Vein opening.

 

Vein rules, can’t wait for their LP
