This album's weird as hell but I dig it. Pork Soda, Cane Shuga and Agnes stood out on first listen.

 

haha I guess weird is what we should expect from these guys

find it really interesting how mysterious Zaba is (like wtf were they channeling on that album) and on this one they explained the whole concept and execution, which is a crazy concept, and still pulled it off with a completely new sound but still manage to sound like glass animals still

 

I've listened to lots of new artists this year but this band is definitely up there as one of my favourite discoveries. The new album is great.

 

"Agnes" is really incredible

 

Finally listening now! I'm just about to get past the 3 singles

 

I just want to walk around all day with "Cane Shuga" playing in the background

 

"Pork Soda" is great too

This album is great. Super groovy and chill and the lyrics are just so bizarre.

 

The grooves on this album are everywhere. I'm really digging this. Take a Slice is one of the real standouts for me. Something about that chorus...

 

Groovy is such a good word to describe it

 

Oh man, Agnes is fantastic. This is really good, especially the back half.

 

Pork Soda might be my new fav

Yep, this is fantastic. Hard to pick a standout after one listen, but leaning towards Take a Slice.

 

does the production remind anyone else of Justin Timberlake on some songs?

 

yeah I was actually thinking this when I was listening, particularly on "The Other Side of Paradise"
