Serotonin has become such a great tune after repeated listens

 

New song is great. This album is going to be fun as hell. Not sure how I’ll balance Manchester Orchestra and Origami Angel with this in a few weeks, but I’m all in!

 

Both singles so far knock it out of the park. Really excited for the record to drop.

 

Technically there have been four but I’ve only heard Serotonin and rue, I’m good til release!

 

I opened the YT vid in another tab and it started playing a high pitched anguished screaming and I was like "weird way to start a song" and then it kept going and I clicked over and it was a PETA ad playing the sound of tortured owls. What the fuck

 

You’re absolutely right. For some reason, I thought “Rue” and “Midnight Love” were standalone singles.

I know everyone is super excited about Manchester Orchestra and Origami Angel out this week buuuuuuut I think this might be my most anticipated out this week.

 

Same! I’m incredibly amped for all (as well as Amy Shark) but this will be the first of the 4 I play on Friday!

I’m not listening to any of them yet cause I need to sleep, but god damn does it feel good to see all the albums out now on Spotify. Tomorrow may be the best album release day in a looooong time and this will be my first one I’m playing!

I enjoyed this! If you're looking for songs like the ones on the chapter I and chapter 2 EPs you will probably be disappointed, but I like the direction she takes these songs.

 

I loved the EPs but I particularly appreciate the diversity shown in this release.
