Muncher no, jk no I get why a movie like this can benefit from the big screen experience

 

I mean...every movie benefits from the big screen experience. I've never seen a movie in a theater and been like "that would've been so much better on my tv!"

It’s honestly hilarious/pathetic how much the internet is melting down over a plastic model of a CGI ghost character that nobody has actually gotten a good look at in finished movie footage. Like yeah that plastic dummy looks weird, but also that brief obscured glimpse in the screenshot above makes it look like it probably fits right in with the design of other ghosts, like Slimer, in this world.

People just need a reason to get outraged though.

 

I just hope a ghostbuster has a wet dream getting blown by a sexy specter, in terms of keeping Ivan Reitman’s and Dan Aykroyd’s original vision.

I was wondering why it looked the way it did. Didn't realize it was revealed on MasterChef Junior Spain? I think the reason it was so offputting to me is because its a statue, not CGI or anything.

 

Yeah I think a lot of people don't realize this.

 

Shit looks fine in the footage. He’s a sassy lil guy - looking all sad and old and then BOOM mean ghostie!

 

Here’s some reassurance... Slimer will be making an appearance and it will be 100% real practical effects and costuming
