Excited to hear how interesting two 5-6 minute instrumentals can be. Genesis is a fantastic song so I've got high hopes. Ghost has so far never disappointed me. Hyped for the album!

I wish everyone could listen to Tobias Forge's "summer talk" (a reccuring series where famous swedes get to talk about whatever they want on national radio for an hour) from last summer. He told a really emotional story about himself and his late older brother and how he wishes that he could be here now that Tobias is getting recognition from their childhood heroes. But it's only in swedish though :-/

This leaked, and it rules. They pushed the pop elements further than ever before, and it pays off in a big way.

The two instrumental tracks rule so hard. The runtime feels like it flies by.

Need to listen to this. I've always like the Occult elements and I've heard they have been toned down, which is a bummer.

Listened to it twice so far. There are a few truly awesome tracks, and I agree that Miasma is a fuckin banger. Overall, I think I still prefer Meliora over this album, but who knows, it's too early to tell.

After a few listens I'm kind of torn on this one. A love a few of the tracks (Faith, Miasma and Dance Macabre) but the rest are kind of mediocre. Pro Memoria is nice musically but the lyrics in the chorus are horrible. This is the first album by Ghost that I'm not in love with on the release day. Maybe it will grow on me.

Also, they just announced a show at The Globe in Stockholm. Capacity: 14,000. Insane for them. I'll be there for sure! In 2011 I saw them in a little tent at a festival in Gothenburg. What a career.

its pretty good, some parts a bit too campy for my taste but a lot of it really rocks. their best by far.

Really glad to see people are finally getting into this band. The saxophone solo on here is awesome. I like how this album seems to be their most accessible work, I feel like the use of organ on this album is really well done as well. I didn’t pay attention to song titles on my first listen so I’m just sort of pulling stuff out.
