Would love to see Deafheaven again, but this isn't hitting Dallas :(

I saw these guys at Rock On The Range. I left after two songs. I don't know who could sit through a full set of theirs let alone go see them on a headlining tour.

I've never seen them live, so I really can't comment on that. If Deafheaven is on the Cleveland date, I'll definitely be going though.

Hilariously Ghost want $275 for a meet and greet on this tour. And that is before fees if there are any.

Deafheaven should be headlining this, but I guess Ghost is more popular.

it's really not even close popularity wise

While I'm not really surprised that there are more metalheads in Cedar Rapids, Kalamazoo or Missoula, I still find it very dumb that this tour isn't hitting Minneapolis. Or Chicago, now that I'm thinking about.

there's a reasonable riot fest gap
also deafheaven is playing a chicago show in july, so it would make sense if they just haven't been announced yet
    and ghost has lolla

  12. @Cody Ghost is playing a show at Myth (blech) in July, not sure if you know that or not. I'm hoping they're waiting for that show to happen and then announce another date here w/Deafheaven because that's who I'd really be trying to see.

yeah, I know... I just feel like Deafheaven is a powerhouse live and that Ghost following them would be incredibly boring... Just me though, I know they have lots of fans.

Yucky. I hate the Myth. And yeah, I really don't care about Ghost (unless I should and just didn't realize that), I'd just love to see Deafheaven live finally, since they've clicked like hell with me in the past 9 months or so.

  15. I haven't been able to get into Ghost either haha. I saw Deafheaven when they were at the Fine Line though and it was absolutely incredible, so I'm super eager to catch them again. Here's to hoping they stop by soon so you can see them too!
