Stretch your quads and hamstrings. Foam rolling those muscles and your IT band might help as well. I had that problem about a year ago and diligent stretching cleared it right up.

I swear I stopped working out for 3 months and I aged 3 years. I started working out again and I'm feeling spry again.
I know I gotta work on so much before I get too old so I'm pushing so hard to be where I need to be to at least kick that grind into gear before I'm 30 lmao. I'm already well aware when I'm older my back and ankles/heels are fucked. Gotta try and work on what I can before I get to old for it to matter to much lol. My diet alone is despicable.
