I literally just saw a pic of someone wearing a Black Parade era outfit and said to my cat, “I wish My Chemical Romance would put out new music” and seconds later I opened this here website and this was the top article. We’re living in a simulation. And my cat doesn’t care about the simulation or about my musical tastes. Which is okay because she’s not even real.
I’m currently rereading his Umbrella Academy comics (because the new series just started and I forgot much of the old stuff, haha), so this is pretty good timing. More Gerard Way stuff is always a-okay by me. :)
What a pleasant surprise! I know he said he’s been working on new music but I didn’t actually expect anything quite yet. Hope this means an album is following and that it’s not just a special something for Halloween
