im honestly not crazy about the gacha elements but pretty much everything else about the game pulls me in. The season pass is absolutely optional but if u do decide to get it it’s just one of the icons on the top right corner of ur screen (can’t remember which one it is), so you can’t miss it

Oh I also forgot to say that with the introduction of Genshin's newest nation, anni is soon and lots of QoL are coming that make it easier for new players. Also getting a free 5* selector of the standard banner that features still used characters to this day. So if you've ever wanted to try it out, there's TONS of content to enjoy now!
The 28th. We're getting more currency from stuff now, and I think the biggest QoL is not being locked away from nations due to the MSQ. It used to be you could pull a character from the gacha but the place to grind for their mats would be locked behind 20-30 hours of quests, but now apparently you'll be able to teleport wherever needed without doing the MSQ.
