How much of a difference/benefit is there to getting the Maxx vs Upgrade season pass?

honestly no better time right now, ZZZ has just enough stuff to be interesting but no too overwhelming.

also the JSRF/Persona vibes are on point.

 

They're really the only gacha I'm playing at the moment. Genshin, star rail and zzz. Luckily Hoyo spaces them out so that their 6 week patches don't have too much overlap with regards to dropping a giant story patch at the same time in all their games.

 

My hot take is if you like One Piece, you’ll like Honkai Star Rail. You’re on a train in space with a crew and you go to different planets with their own cultures and do quests with a big boss at the end. Sci-fi One Piece.

 

One piece + Trails games. The devs have said they drew inspiration from Trails.

ZZZ devs said THEY drew from Street Fighter 6 (and not persona although I don't believe that lol).

And genshin before it even came out was called a BOTW clone.
