Yeah and the worst thing we’re doing right now is helping to genocide another group of people.

 

Is it a private loan? If so, they won’t sue you for less than $100k, it’s really not worth it to them. They WILL trash your credit for 7yrs or so. Expect 4-6 calls a day from them.

Federal loans won’t sue you for any amount, but they will garnish wages after like 4-5yrs of non payment. In a lot of cases the garnishment is less than the minimum payment.

 

Man, this guy has absolutely destroyed whatever amount of goodwill he had before now.
