I had a fever probably 10-12 days ago. Got better and felt good the last week+. Today has hit me out of no where. Hot then cold, a small dry cough. I just had cereal as my first meal of the day and took Tylenol. But I am fucking wiped out.

edit: my temp is back down to 99.6 though. I feel like my head is just bubbling around cause I’m too tired to hold it stable.

 

That's over 38C and that's with Tylenol. You should probably see a doc.

I took the Tylenol after I got that reading. It’s dropped to 99.5 now

Fever is a symptom of your body's immune response, things like Tylenol blunt the symptom without a significant effect on the immune response.

Times when I get concerned is when the fever breaks through the tylenol, you're needing it every four hours just to function...you're body's hit more than it can handle and you need medical attention.
