I just don't get it. Doesn't match with what I feel like I'm seeing with all these young people professing their support of Bernie and desire to change things. Guess I'm in too much of a bubble?

Thankfully my job is now sitting alone in an edit bay for 10-12 hours a day so I’m mostly cut off from any infected outside world anyway. My fiancé works with kids every few days tho so we gotta breakup

 

my gf works with kids and I keep trying to let her know the severity of this thing with just news articles as it progresses

but I'm traveling to CA in 2 weeks so who am I to talk

 

My company ousted their CEO and may be looking to sell us off in parts.

Yeah on top of it I literally just picked her up from the airport last night so her traveling + kids this week I feel like I’m sleeping next to the disease itself

 

I've been there too. When I signed on, it was just before there were talks of a buy out. Nokia snagged us but then went on to lay people off for three straight years. Now the profit margins just aren't there and there is worry about it getting worse. Hopefully I'm back in school before any other shoes drop.

 

Working or at school. I feel like most young people don’t vote until the evening.

Edit: I am dumb, I thought this was referencing just today haha.

 

literally admitting that using taxpayer money to fund health care for everyone saves lives. Just picking and choosing when to do it now I guess.

Do not have even the tiniest shred of confidence that this is being handled properly right now at all though. I suppose the best case scenario is that local governments and agencies along with people on the ground-level like health care workers are competent and we can have some success despite this administration's best efforts.
