Yeah, at the end of every transaction you make, you get a pop-up saying "Thanks for donating! Would you like to make it a monthly $5 contribution?" And then there's a giant green button that says "Yes" with a tiny, grey button below it saying "no, this is a one-time donation".

Like, I should have read it more closely, but seems a little shady. I just read "thanks for donating" and I assumed the big green button was just an "okay" button heh. She got like 7 extra donations from me. I caught it the other month but it still makes me angry when I look at my transaction history.

Our server in a restaurant in Bar Harbor was just telling us about how many restaurants had to delay opening (some still aren’t open) because they can’t find workers to staff their restaurants. Trump Admin cracked down on the amount of work visas approved, apparently.

So there’s a good real life example of how Trumps brown people hate is impacting the financial welfare of New England coastal towns.
