They hate him already. I feel like if that is gonna turn them off from voting for him, they probably wouldn’t vote for him anyway

  3. I dunno, I’m seeing “woulda but this is the finger poke to the eye that says he doesn’t care about us.”

Idk, I feel like even if he doesn’t choose her they’ll find some way to justify not voting for him

  7. I wonder what % that makes up. My guess is not much. I think someone is gonna need 30% about to win the nomination.

are people gonna see her as qualified as a VP you think? demographically, a young black woman is basically his ideal VP, but she's such a bernie insider and is probably mostly unknown to people that aren't internet primary sectarians so idk.

idk to be honest, but I've seen a lot of people talking up Stacey Abrams as a running mate for him (and others) and they both have about the same type of experience, except that Turner was in the Ohio Senate longer than Abrams was in the Georgia House

Two things Bernie mentioned that congress needs to pay more attention to:
-Robotics/automation taking jobs away from people
    -rural areas

    This is 100% right.
    1. Why is no one talking about automation? One of the reasons Trump did well in the midwest is because millions of manufacturing jobs were lost by a combo of bad trade deals and automation
    2. Democrats did even worse than usual in rural areas in 2016. Paying more attention to those areas problems is still important.

Also, when asked about nixing the filibuster he said that that is something Trump is actively trying to do now to get his agenda easily passed and right now we need to focus on electing a more progressive congress and a democratic president (which I believe I said something quite similar yesterday)

Bernie this relationship isn’t working out. You’re too needy. It’s too much buddy. I need my own space for a little while and then we can try again.
