sigh. I’m so frustrated all the time.

 

Tag yourself, definitely 2 for myself.

 

I tend to start at 15/16 and usually wake up at 2

 

I fall asleep as a 2 but wake up in all sorts of quasi-fetal positions

 

15 or 17 only

 

Women only sleep in three positions? And I'm a 3

Even Ned Flanders makes more of an effort

 

I’m a side sleeper but I switch sides all night and, as I’ve gotten older, the switching grows in frequency because my sides ache so badly. I try sleeping on my stomach sometimes but with my body lying flat and my head turned to the side it feels like the air flow is being cut off in my throat so I start to feel like I’m choking. Also, when I was a kid I was terrified of the dark so I always covered my head with a blanket so that only my nose and mouth were showing. Basically I looked like a mummy. I did it for so long that I can no longer sleep any other way. My head feels cold and the light bothers my eyes so I still sleep like a mummy.
