Starship Troopers is only really about war to the extent that it’s about the military’s/war’s role in maintaining fascism

Are there any war films made *for* a specific audience that are told from the POV of the opposing side? E.g. an American-made Vietnam War film from the perspective of Vietnamese soldiers where the Americans are treated as the nameless / faceless enemies. I feel like with anti war movies like Apocalypse Now or FMJ, a big reason they’re misunderstood is because we are still made to identify with the American side. Even when the opposing side is humanized, they’re not able to fully make that secondary leap to a “Are we the baddies?” revelation.

 

If it's more of a potato or veggie patty or black bean I'd go with mayo/aioli. If it's Impossible or Beyond Meat or soy, I'll take mustard or mayo
