I don't think we ever actually saw a full healthcare plan from him, just years of him saying his plan was the best to lower costs and would be coming soon.

Complaining is easy. Solving problems is hard. So such a platform is kinda necessary when you want to run a populous campaign, but are still part of the ruling class and so don't actually any plans that actually help the people.
