Tammy lawrence can't be a milkshake duck, she came on the scene as a racist/sexist/piece of shit, and her abortion comments were hypocritical because she came out against abortion in character earlier.

Milkshake Duck refers to a specific kind of pseudo celebrity, comes out of nowhere, viral hit, all over twitter, then they say some problematic shit or some terrible thing they said in the past is uncovered. An established celebrity being a shithead can't be a milshake duck, wouldn't make sense.
