I may or may not be having a small existential crisis about turning 30 at 1:30 in the morning.

 

I started my morning by hearing Enrique's Bailando on the radio.

I end my night by hearing Enrique's Hero on my work radio. It's a true good day.

 

Bit of a stretch, but forever ago my friends ex's brothers girlfriend (they were all friends) fucked G Easy at a show and her bf was like trying to fight him but obviously he wasn't allowed anywhere near him.

Yesterday, we had an all hands meeting and the managers of each department introduced each of their co-ops and told something about them. My boss came to me beforehand asking how to pronounce my last name correctly so he wouldn't butcher it. He got it right, but then proceeded to tell a completely fictional story about me that I have literally no idea where any of it came from.

 

This is probably like, the tenth thing to happen to me in the last month that has me convinced I'm slowly becoming George Costanza

I also feel like George sending emails literally right before he leaves to avoid dealing with replies until the next day is something that would be a plotline in modern Seinfeld (maybe it's in that twitter account)

I saw a photo album of my dad the year he married my mom and he was 25 and looks like such a baby that it made me feel so insanely old. By the time he turned 30, his oldest kid was starting to talk. I know modern timelines are different, but it rattled me for sure.

 

I'm 28 and my son is 17 months. I REALLY hope he talks before in 30, cuz he sure doesn't now!

 

My parents were like 31 and 32 when I was born but that's still not far away and I couldn't handle a kid now, can barely handle myself

 

You'd be surprised what you can adapt to.

That said, I don't want kids for like 4-5 more years at least so I feel you.

Get Out will not disappoint. Best movie I've seen in a long time, let alone in the genre.

 

I haven't seen Lion but Get Out is excellent.

 

I like listening to Riot during the summer and I busted it out today since it's in the 80's. Happiness.
